Nutcracker Call

This one is ideal to get to know me as a coach.

Do you feel stuck? Do you need another pair of eyes or some new ideas? Or do you want somebody to really think through and reflect on a topic you’re currently mulling over? Let’s crack this nut together!

We’ll start with you sending me a short description of what you want to focus on. Either:

  • you send me a video (15 min. max),
  • a short written description and/or voice message.

We’ll deep-dive together in a viceo call (45 min. max).

During two weeks following the call, you can aks all your questions via Threema/Signal/WhatsApp and share updates.

Costs: 60 Euro.

You’ll get an invoice and further details via e-mail. You can cancel until 24 hrs before the call for a full refund.

Online Coaching

New: 12 months

This is only for people I already know from online coaching, workshops, etc.

This is the right choice for you if your want someone to cheer you on andsupport you continously. You want to regularly get new ideas? You want to make sure there are no unwanted habits creeping in? This is the way to go.

Here’s what you will get :

  • 12 months unlimited support via WhatsApp/Threema/Signal.
  • 1 call to start and 1 to end our time together (30 minutes each).
  • Feedback on your videos via voiceover or text:
    • 12 videos of up to 5 minutes.
    • 5 videos of up to 10 minutes.
  • Access to the PBHT community to share ideas and progress with other playbased equestrians

Pricing:

  • 400 Euros for 12 months. That’s 33,33 per month.
  • 35 Euros/months for 12 months, if you prefer monthly payments.

Two or three months

This is the right choice for you if you want to work on something with high intensity. For example: Start Intrinzen, start riding, re-discover movement joy.

Get unlimited feedback on your training, without the pressure of a live lesson. Train whenever and wherever you and your horse are feeling good. Record the session and share the file with me. I will give you detailed feedback by creating a voiceover. I will also explain the scientific principles behind Intrinzen whenever it fits in.

Here’s what you will get:

  • Unlimited feedback on your training videos during 2 or 3 months.
  • Unlimited questions via WhatsApp/Threema/Signal.
  • 1 live video call to map out our time together (20 min).
  • 1 live video call to look back, reflect, and map your path forward (20 min).
  • If you book for 3 months: 1 live video call at half time (20 min).
  • The option to add a 3rd months any time.

Pricing: 300 Euro for 2 months. +80 Euro for the 3rd months.

In-Person Coaching

I’ll work with you and your horse. We will taylor the session to whatever it is you want to focus on. You might book this as an add on to a workshop.

Costs: 45 Euro/ 60 min.

Workshops

Workshops are all about exploring and learning together in a small group. It doesn’t matter if you are just starting your journey or are experienced sidekicks. We’ll taylor the workshop to what you and your horses need. Usually, workshops are 1 or 2 days. Yes, I do travel internationally!
